While we are currently distributing International caps to boys who played for us in 2020, a former Scottish Schools internationalist, Andrew Considine of Abderdeen FC, gained his first full international cap playing for Scotland against Slovakia in the UEFA Nations League last night at Hampden Park.
17 years ago, in 2003, Andrew gained a Scottish Schools cap playing in the Under 16 Victory Shield and he even played at Pittodrie in front of 2000 spectators beating Northern Ireland Schools 2-1.

Andrew is the 96th fomer Scottish School internationalist to make the step up to the Scotland National Team team. Have a look at all the players who made it from schoolboy to full international on our website https://scottishschoolsfa.co.uk/boys-ssfa-to-international/
